The Winter Working Bee

It just seemed to work out that many of us were away for today's working bee so the small but enthusiastic band concentrated on just a few areas. The main projects for today were:

• remove the ivy from the roadside outside Littlewood and Abbotsley and then to lay cardboard and mulch to slow its return

• filling in the many potholes in the road that have developed during the recent wet weather

There was also the regular weeding although this was only really done near the entrance to Pembroke road this time due to the limited hands available.
