There are two basic ways to upload videos to Weebly: 1. Embed a YouTube link 2. Embed the video itself There are advantages and disadvantages of each 1. Embedding a YouTube link This is by far the simplest way and is pretty foolproof. Just drag the "YouTube" element to the page and link it to the embedding code you get from YouTube. The 'disadvantage' of this method is that you have to take care of the copyright status of the video and that may not always be clear.
There seems to be a bug that may prevent centring the video on the page if its size is less that 650px x 365px
2. Embedding the video itself I've found that Weebly struggles to upload videos despite being compatible with most common video formats. To embed a video, drag the "HD Video" element to the page and then click on "Upload Video". So far, so good but this is where the frustration begins. Unless everything is exactly right, the video won't upload. Three things are critical:
The video must be no larger than 1Gb. One byte over that and it won't load
The internet link must be very clean and pretty fast - ADSL2+ and 3G mobile connections won't work. Even 4G connections won't work if they are low signal strength and noisy.
Weebly rather inconveniently chooses frame number 30 for the thumbnail so you'll probably need to create a video leader to produce the thumbnail you want at frame 30 (as in the ones I've uploaded below.)

Weebly has a strict size limit on videos that can be uploaded and this one was greater than that limit so it's been split into two parts.
