In October 2006, Abbotsley was sold by David Wigraft and Kimberley Dale to Valerie Gusti. The real-estate marketing at the time labelled the propoerty, "Resort Living - "Bickleigh Vale Style"!
In October 2010, Abbotsley was sold to Chris and Karyn Jones. At that time, the garden was in need of care and rehabilitation.
Since that time, weeding, planting, watering, numerous projects and quite a few fallen trees have made quite a difference!
